Roles and Responsibilities:

• Would be driving the Contact center solutions, Voice solutions Enterprise Communication sales business for the organization.
• Will be responsible to generate business with existing customers, understand their business requirements and translate the same into technology need.
• Ability to manage the relationship, drive customer satisfaction and deliver revenue will be the key focus areas.
• Will be responsible for sales in IT/ ITES Vertical
  

Key Skills:

• Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer or MBA
• Should have min. 4 + yrs of exp. in selling Contact Center / Enterprise Communication Solutions like voice solutions/ data solutions / networking solutions/ contact center solutions etc
• Should be catering to IT/ ITES Vertical.
• Should have excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills.
