Key Skills:

1. A minimum of Five (5) years of demonstrated success in sales management experience in the IT industry in IT Product Sales with a track record of increasing responsibilities.
2. Strong sales presentation skills. Sales Certifications.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the IT industry including sales channels and competitors and technical knowledge of products
4. Strong understanding of Solution like ERP, CRM, etc.
5. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, especially with regard to constructively managing channel conflicts.
6. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize
7. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal English.
8. Ability to travel out of area residence

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Development of detailed sales and marketing strategic business plans for each major market/region across the country.
2. Achievement of sales targets for each product category within the territory
3. Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner
4. Identification and cultivation of end-customer relationships
5. Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums etc.
6. Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory
7. Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales channels.
