Responsibilities:
·Identify and drive programs related to employee motivation and satisfaction
·Timely addressing of employee queries and issues
·Ensure timely employee induction and separation formalities Analyze and drive employee development trainings and programs
·Publish performance reports Review and approve employee appraisal Review and approve new headcount requirements
·Approve re wards and recognition Review and recommend progression and benefits Publish performance report, technology news letter.
Skills:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general HR functions with an MBA in 'Human Resources' from a premier management institute.
- He/She should have a good knowledge of the IT industry and upcoming HR practices.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly motivated and a result - oriented leader with good interpersonal skills, proactive
- Must have extensive experience in front-ending with the management
- Should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist
