Designation- Client Solution Manager
Location- Delhi, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying TOS (Total Outsourcing Service) opportunities proactively.
• Position benefits and value proposition of TOS to senior management in customer organizations.
• Understand / appreciate technologies, IT service delivery processes, and nuances of financial models.
• Will create business case working through with customer organizations.
• Will work with the LOB's and create a TOS solution / bid in line with the customer needs.
• Identify & mitigate risks in the TOS solution.
• Make detailed presentations to the customer on the solution, with aspects of domain / technology.

Key Skills:

• BE + MBA (Finance) - From premier institutes
• Experience in selling and leading sales of outsourcing contracts globally.
• Should have handled and won multi year contracts upwards of $ 20 Mn.
• Should be aware of possible financial models.
• Should be able to think strategically and position customer benefits.
• Should be able to handle and lead complex IT bids.
