Roles and Responsibilities:

• Would be responsible for generating leads through telecalling.
• Will be responsible to assist Account Manager in sales processes.

• Would be responsible for taking customer’s feedback & problems over telephone
• Will work closely with the account manager for the respective accounts and will leverage the respective regional resources for closing the transactions with the customer.

Key Skills:

• He should be proficient in Enterprise Communication products with good communication skills and leadership skills.
• Should have min. 2 yrs of exp. in Sales of which at least one year should have been in Enterprise Communication Solutions sales
