Roles and Responsibilities:

• Articulate and evangelize the proposition of TOS
• Benefits of TOS and long term outsourcing contracts
• Create business - IT alignment practice. Create business linked KPI's for identified verticals (Banking, Insurance, Retail etc.).
• Create financial models (e.g. transaction based) and risk management practices linked to KPI's.
• Build service assurance practice to deliver business KPI's
• Build Enterprise IT architecture aligned with business KPI's in identified verticals

Key Skills:

• BE + MBA (Finance) - From premier institutes
• Experience in Bundled contracts (Infra + Apps) value proposition articulation / practice building / business KPI linkage
• Should have won / led in winning at least 2 long term contracts with business aligned KPI's with innovative financial models of at least $50 Mn. TCV
• Should have appreciation for Business processes + technology + financial models
