Location:Delhi, Hyderabad


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for providing and selling Contact Center application solutions which deliver business value to the customer and provides ROI.
• Will be responsible for proactively identify and qualify opportunities to build and manage a pipeline
• Will be accountable for specific regional revenue target dedicated to Contact Center / Unified Communications applications and professional services.
• Will maintain and penetrate current customer base along with identifying and converting prospective customers.

Key Skills:

• Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer or MBA
• Knowledge and experience in the Telephony / Contact Center industry/ Unified communications applications like CTI, IVR will be given preference
• Should be catering to Banking, Financial Services & Insurance segment / Telecom Service Providers segment / IT – ES segment / PSU / Education segment / Software companies.
• Should have exp. of Software application sales like ERP, CRM etc.
• Candidate should be self motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
