Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for end to end solution architecture
• Implementation / customization experience in industry leading CTI products like Avaya, Nortel, GENESYS, and CISCO etc.
• Will be responsible for presales activities.
  

Key Skills:

• Candidates willing to shift into the pre-sales role
• A good commercial acumen, good communication skills is a prerequisite.
• BE/MBA with minimum of 3 Years of experience
• Should have extensive experience in preparation of BOM, pricing and responding RFP, RFQ’s.
• Should be technically strong in CICSO technology or networking solutions, call center solutions.
• 4-6 years experience with at least 4 yrs as Solution architect
• Should have at least handled two large implementation.
• High self drive and confidence should have good communication skills and has a good customer handling skill.
