Roles and Responsibilities:
- Would be driving the Contact center solutions, Voice solutions Enterprise Communication sales business for the organization.
- Will be responsible to generate business with existing customers, understand their business requirements and translate the same into technology need.
- Focusing on generating revenue from non performing assets by breaking into new accounts & competition accounts.
- Providing customized solutions to clients' business requirements.
- Ability to manage the relationship, drive customer satisfaction and deliver revenue will be the key focus areas.
- Will be responsible for sales in BFSI Vertical
- Candidate should be a Graduate Engineer or MBA
- Should have min. 2 yrs of exp. in selling Contact Center / Enterprise Communication Solutions like voice solutions, data solutions, networking solutions etc
- Should have prior exp. in catering to BFSI Vertical
- Should have excellent communication, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills.
