Key Skills:

Should have 8-12 years of experience
Should be BE/B-Tech or MBA.
Should have experience in sales of application sales like IVR, CTI etc.
Should be catering to enterprise segment
Should have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Selling skills – look for some formal exposure to sales training modules as part of career.
Should be a persuasive sales person with good relationship building skills.
Ability to understand markets and customer requirements and tailor sales approach and strategy accordingly.
Self starter – motivated and high energy.
Ability to operate as an individual contributor.
And independently without being dependent on coaches beyond a point.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Will be driving application sales business for the organisation
Will be responsible for maintaining the existing and developing new accounts.
Will be managing large enterprise customers and dealing with senior management there.
