Required Exposure
- Should have prior experience in the customer service / satisfaction field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience
Responsibility:
Will be responsible for working with content to develop case studies, obtaining customer references and create success stories. Will also be responsible for executing and anchoring the CSAT program (HACCP) for the organization and execute health checks, support satisfaction programs as part of the overall customer satisfaction program. Will work as the single publishing point for the portal, create and update content for the portal, maintain the marketing portal and the corporate website.
Deliverables /KRA's in this Role
- To ensure that a minimum of 15 CSAT programs are conducted
- To ensure that support satisfaction surveys are conducted for all AMC customers
- To ensure the organization has a minimum of 10 referenceable customers in a financial year
- To ensure that the organization has a minimum of 10 success stories
- To ensure that the corporate website and marketing portal is current and up to date - in terms of numbers, collateral at all times
