Job Role:
a) Create Design & Architecture – Network Solutions
b) Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying Network solutions / Security
solutions and services
c) Maintain industry standard frameworks and architectures
d) Define requirement with engagement Manager (Client).
e) Understand customer environment & gather business requirement.
f) Demonstrate Technical Aspects & Best Practices.
g) Map technical information to customer’s context.
h) Develop architectural design document based on existing sample or new
requirement.
i) Develop Prototype to test solution.
Project Plans & Execution:
j) Identify customer required deliverables & all tasks for the project.
k) Create high level plan & estimate timelines & resources.
l) Meet with internal & partner resources to get feedback & commitment to the
project plan.
m) Develop the detailed project plan.
n) Monitor & adjust estimates to integrate new constraints.
o) Conduct project closeout meetings.
On going Advice & Knowledge Transfer to Customers

Job Specification:
Excellent knowledge on CISCO Products ( Routers, Switches)
Hands on experiences in designing Complex Security solutions
Knowledge on Microsoft products
Strong leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills, especially ability to build rapport / establish
credibility quickly
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills is must.
Should be aggressive.
Should be able to handle high stress situations
Should be able to deliver business value to the account and build on customer
relationships.
Must have proficient negotiation and presentation skills along with ability to
analyze revenue opportunities
