Job Role:
Responsible for PreSales of world leading Web Application Servers (like Websphere), Groupware (like Lotus), Security /Network /Systems / Database management, other software products in a particular territory

Main Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support to facilitate the Sales Team to achieve sales targets for each product category within the territory 2. Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory 3. Provide Technical Training to resellers and technical sales assistance (in terms of Product Presentations, Demonstrations, Product clarifications etc,.) to resellers in closing business 5. Deliver technical support and services either in person, by telephone, or electronically to resellers/end customers 6. Consult on solution strategy and development 7. Assist with solution installation planning and answer product function /how-to questions Performs all other duties as requested. Job Specification: Experience in delivering technical support for Software products – Internet Technologies, Workflow/Messaging Systems, Security/Network Management, RDBMS

Requirements:
1. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated success in Presales Technical Support in the IT Software industry 2. Strong presentation skills. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of the IT Software industry and sound technical knowledge of products 4. Strong understanding of Internet / Groupware/ Network / Security / Database Management products. 5. Skills in delivering Technical support and providing solutions 6. Ability to keep abreast of and adapt to existing as well as emerging technologies in the Software field 6. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize 7. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal English. 8.
