JOB DESCRIPTION:
a) Preparation of Proposals / Expressions of Interest and other such responses to clients
b) Preparation (and sometimes delivery) of presentations to clients on proposals
c) Preparation of white papers, case studies, presentations concept notes & approach papers as required
d) Coordinating with other depts / functional areas for integrated solution offerings where required for the above
Skills Requirement:
Technical:
• years of experience in the IT industry
• Prior experience in Pre-Sales activities
• Or Working experience in Managed Services domain
• Proposal Preparation for Managed services domain.
Behavioral:
• Good written and oral communications
• Good Presentation skills
Domain Knowledge:
• System integration
• Remote Management services
• Desktop Management
• NOC
