Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in the IT/ telecom industry
• Prior experience in Sales / Pre-Sales activities
• Proposal Preparation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
a) Preparation of Proposals / Expressions of Interest and other such responses to clients
b) Preparation (and sometimes delivery) of presentations to clients on proposals
c) Preparation of white papers, case studies, presentations concept notes & approach papers as required
d) Coordinating with other depts / functional areas for integrated solution offerings where required for the above

Skills Requirement:
Technical:
• Knowledge of Managed Services offering
• Knowledge of Estimation
• Knowledge of Pricing Structures in the IT industry, Revenue Models

Behavioral:
• Good written and oral communications
• Ability to coordinate well amongst the various functions/departments

Domain Knowledge:
• System integration
• Remote Management services
• Desktop Management
• NOC
• Competitive information.
