Responsibility:
•Minimum Three years of experience.
•Exposure to the design of call center technologies like ACD, reporting, logger, WFM,IVR, CTI, dialer etc.
•Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
•Experience of working on Avaya Systems preferred. This is not a mandatory requirement. If the candidate is experienced on any other technology like Nortel/Aspect/Cisco it is absolutely fine.
•Hands on experience on configuring of the ACD/Dialer/IVR/CTI would be a plus point.
•Must be good at documentation.
