Job Role:
Incumbent recruited against this requirement will be responsible for:
Sales of Networking/server/storage/security solutions.
Targets to be handled:300 to 400 Crores
Acknowledged leadership and motivational skills in large, cross-cultural teams.
Develop a rewarding long-term relationship with accounts
Proactively drive key initiatives within these accounts and ensure that the organization gets major share of their Defense and Govt. vertical.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management (customer and in-house)
Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments.
In-depth experience in field business development, sales or customer management.

1. Size and scale: Job involves handling strategic accounts .
2. Level: The position is reporting to Vice President.
3. Exposure: The job offers handling accounts nationally.
4. Identify the opportunities in the business area.
5. Involvement in Strategy Formulation.
6. Implementation of Strategy.
7. Presents action plans and secures, coordinates the development of business strategies
