Job Role:
Database Mining for new prospects
Cold calling and converting the calls into prospects
Business development and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
Acquire new clients by conducting research on the local market to identify potential business opportunities and establishing personal contact with them.
Customizing ppts, pdf and other marketing material to be sent to customers
Interacting with SW Development team for sending project proposals
Increasing the inflow of requirements from direct clients
Getting empanelled as resource vendor in companies

Job Specifications:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in UK offshore process in staffing or software project outsourcing

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:
No of client con calls in a month
No of project proposals sent in a month
No of project won
No of resourcing closures in a month

Candidates should be Graduate in Engineering / Science / with full or part time MBA in Marketing from reputed institute preferred
