2. Would be responsible for AMC renewal & FMS - Ensure 100 % conversion of AMC to AMC & Warranty to AMC
3. Services sales of Avaya, Nortel, Veriant, Aspect & Juniper
4. System Integration for various voice domains
5. To ensure submission of proposals 45 days in advance, Signing of contracts on time, Invoicing and timely collection of revenues.
6. Venture new avenues for up sale of RE/FMS services
