Key Responsibilities:
Ø Contribute to building the Infrastructure and SEZ Practice based on the requirement of sector and service offering.
Ø Develop value proposition for service offerings encompassing process and technology intervention across Roads, Real Estate, Ports and Airports Developers Ensure quality deliverables for self as well as for team.
Ø Build on process improvements to short en the timelines and effort for Go To Market and project deliverables.
Ø Lead pre sales efforts and support sales team in a knowledge worker / domain consultant capacity Create deliverables for the projects and be the Program Manager for strategic engagements.
Ø Support other initiatives across the Group for practice development, team building and presentations.

Essential:
Ø A post graduate degree in management from a premier institute / with experience of 8 to 10 years Minimum of 3 to 5 years of domain knowledge / industry experience across one or more sectors in Roads, Real Estate, Ports and Airports Excellent English (written and verbal).
Ø Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both as an individual and in a team.
Ø Engaged in a Consulting / Corporate Planning role Experience in working with project teams remotely.
Ø Good understanding of Infrastructure sector Desirable: - Demonstrated track record of successful practice development / understanding of Infrastructure sector Demonstrated track record of building proposals and deliverables in the "Consulting" discipline Knowledge of the various technology development s in Infrastructure sector Ability to "Think Out of the Box".
