Designation- Asst. Manager – Broadband sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of Broadband Internet solutions to SME.
- Responsible for recruitment, training, tooling and sales readiness of outsourced sales manpower.
- Responsible for territory allocation and target setting of the outsourced manpower.
- Monitoring sales performance, sales productivity, cost of sales and attendance record of sales team.
Skill required:
- Telecom domain expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management abilities, team building
- 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecom or any other service industry. Experience can be in marketing / product management
- Should be selling broadband solutions.
