Designation- Business System Analyst
Location- Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Meet with users to collect business requirements thru understanding existing and new processes, opportunities and information needs. Interact with users groups, Solutions Architects, Development groups, Testing groups, IT Infrastructure and IT Operations groups.
- Prepare comprehensive User Requirements (UBR) and System Requirements Specifications. Ensure requirements are clearly specified within the functional and non-functional Specifications.
- Support the users acceptance test strategy and plans.
- Support the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in maintaining an effective Business- IT relationship across the respective Line of Business (LOB) and IT.
- Communicate daily with representatives across the LOB and IT: generate reports, schedule informal sessions and prepare periodic presentations.
- Provide assistance to users
- Resolve quality problems and delays in delivering IT services and support within LOB.
- Educate users on IT processes and challenges.
- Document and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) related to IT services and support to assess user satisfaction.
- Document Line of Business (LOB) input into the IT strategic planning process. Track changes in priority for short, medium and long-term business objectives.
- Work with Project Management Officer (PMO) and LOB to track budgets and timelines impacted by scope change.

Skill required:

- Qualified candidate will possess a minimum of 5 - 7 yrs of IT experience.
- Minimum of 3 yrs of experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom or in a specific Business Domain
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent and proficient in English
- Professional-level writing and presentation skills
- Experienced with System Development Methodology (experience documenting Use Cases a strong plus)
