Roles & Responsibilities:
- 2-4 years of experience in selling IT Services with good sales acumen, of which 2-3 Years should have been selling services, solutions on Enterprise Platform.
- Core responsibilities would be AMC-Warranty Renewals, conversions etc.
- Good oral / written communication skills along with customer interaction skills.
- Should have exposure in managing high value services deal of more than 10Mn.
- Would be responsible for Renewal Sales.
Key Skills
- Strong sales orientation.
- Should have breadth of technology understanding.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Top management.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Negotiating contracts & terms.
