Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing Wipro/CMMi/ITIL processes and best practices during transition by closely working with various divisional teams.
• Responsible for monitoring & ensuring the end to end transition process implementation.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring Wipro & client specific processes adhered to and enhanced continuously during sustenance.
• Responsible for ensuring proper knowledge transition of new applications inducted to sustenance through audits.
• Participate in various project status reviews and ensue proper overall project management and tracking across program.
• Responsible for tracking overall performance of program for agreed service level agreements and identify the improvement areas.
• Train, educate and communicate with field to develop process awareness to all team members.
• Driving TOS service delivery, productivity improvement, best practices and compliance Programs.
• Develop and continuously Improve Process for TOS services by working closely with the onsite teams and the Practice team.
• Monitor and Improve Process adherence and effectiveness for all TOS customers through planned audits and ensure closure of gaps.
• Support sales team in developing solution for new clients in response to RFP.

Technical Competencies:

• Total Exp 6+ years with recommended 4+ years experience in process and quality function together with other responsibilities.
• Exp of CMMi processes implementation (Min level 4).
• Prior experience of process development and implementation as SEPG/SQA.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, Cobit, ISO 27000, will add advantage.
