Education: BE (Comp Science/ECE/EEE/IT) with MBA (preferable)
Experience:
· 2 - 3 years in IT sales through channels.
· Minimum of atleast 1 year in IT High-end Server Solutions./ Storage Products/ IT Hardware

Responsibilities
· Responsible for Sales of world leading High-end Servers (like Unix) Storage Hardware, other products through channels in a particular territory.
· Achievement of sales targets for each product category withinthe territory
· Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels including driving targeted results with each individual channel partner.
· Pre and post-sales support to end customers and sales channels including Sales Training. Co-ordinate Product Seminars, Forums.
· Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory Coordination of training and technical support services to end customers and sales

Skills:
· 2-3 yrs of exp in similar field
· Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal English
· Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and organize.
· Demonstrated ability to negotiate, especially with regard to constructively managing channel conflicts.
