Roles and Responsibilities

• The resource will assist / work with account managers to position Cisco technology solutions in key accounts / mid market.
• The resource will conduct knowledge transfer sessions, workshops, technology solutions addressing customer environment in the areas of wireless, security, advanced routing / switching and Datacenter technologies.
• The resource will also anchor technical queries, solution compatibility, integration issues with presales, and proof of concept in these accounts.
• Work with Cisco systems engineering team to address the above activities.

Skills Required

• The resource will be specialized on Routing / switching (WAN/LAN design). But additional specializations like Wireless / Security is strongly desired.
• Good communication skills,
• Customer interaction on experience - query handling etc., CCNP on routing and switching is a minimum requirement along with any other certifications associated with the above requirement.
