Education:
Computer Science Engineer / Electronics Engineer / MCA (Other Engineering Graduates with relevant Software background can be considered)
Experience:
2 - 5 years in IT Presales Technical Support activity.
Minimum of atleast 1 year in Software Development / Programming with exposure to Business Processes.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Pre-Sales of world leading Groupware (like Lotus), Security /Network /Systems Management (like Tivoli) & Database management software products in a particular territory

Main Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support to facilitate the Sales Team to achieve sales targets for each product category within the territory
2. Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory
3. Provide Technical Training to resellers and technical sales assistance (in terms of Product Presentations, Demonstrations, Product clarifications etc,.) to resellers in closing business
4. Deliver technical support and services either in person, by telephone, or electronically to resellers/end customers
5. Consult on solution strategy and development of Proof-of-Concepts for Endusers
6. Assist with solution installation planning and answer product function /how-to questions
Performs all other duties as requested.

Skills Required:
Experience in delivering technical support for Software products – Internet Technologies, Workflow/Messaging Systems, Security/Network Management, RDBMS

Requirements:
1. A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated success in Presales Technical Support in the IT Software industry
2. Strong presentation skills. Technical Certifications.
