Roles & Responsibilities:
A resource who can drive regional P&L responsibilities for a particular LoB. He will require strong partner management skills, understanding of the enterprise product market and should have driven sales through teams. Fair understanding of server and storage technologies is mandatory. He will have to drive key parameters to make the business sustainable and at the same time give direct coverage to large opportunities from bid strategy to customer and technology partner interface.
· You would be heading a few of our key alliances in the region.
· You will have to build/retain capacity from manpower, skills, and business volumes for these alliances.
· Key large bids will require a direct sales drive from you.
· Quarterly business reviews and course corrections for meeting plan will have to be carried out with all internal/external stakeholders.
Technical Competencies:
· Business Management, technical roots, commercial & vendor management strengths and Logical Thinking mind.
· Aggression and attitude to make a difference.
· Persistence and persuasiveness
· Understanding of the enterprise solutions esp around server and storage technologies.
· The ability to influence Business strategy, and make internal systems move in tandem to deliver said objectives.
· Team management to keep team motivated and charged.
· You need to be able to build trusted customer advisory relationships.
