Responsibilities:

• Understanding/gathering customer requirements
• Solution Design and Estimation
• Negotiating with customer to get the 'PRD'(High level design) signed off
• Will support ‘prospect to customer’ cycle for all technical queries
• Bringout 'Best Practice ' papers analysing the multiple projects being handled
• Proposal making support (business functionality / technical architecture / RoI / Bill of Material / Effort)
• Regular Technical Training for Sales team on Servion and Partner offeringsTo communicate and co-ordinate with other functional groups and stake-holders of the project
